DATE: Victorian, c.1894

A wonderful Sapphire and Diamond gypsy ring, dating from the late Victorian period, bearing English hallmarks dating it to 1894. Crafted in 18k yellow gold throughout, it's set with alternating rows of sapphire and old cut diamonds which rest in gold boat shaped settings. Moving to the shoulders, they're finely engraved with heart shaped scroll motifs. It sits with a low profile on the finger making it a great piece for everyday wear and stacking.
